Sandalwood oil has been revered for centuries as an oil for spiritual upliftment and sacred ceremonies. It’s known for it’s ability to ground your energy, is strengthening and stabilising, aids meditation and contemplative practices such as yoga, tai chi and mindfulness. It’s known to reduce fear and stress when connected to over-worry, helps to let go and be in the here and now.
It’s a great decongestant for the respiratory system and may be an excellent oil for the skin, useful for dryness, irritation, itching and inflammation. It can support the lymphatic and nervous systems.
