An aroma that is minty and fresh with soft herbaceous undertones. This is the blend to use to ‘recharge your batteries’ – increase your energy physically, balance emotionally and focus mentally. It may alleviate lethargic conditions and is useful to strengthen the body after illness or strenuous activity.
A combination using pure essential oils of: Peppermint, Ylang Ylang, Bergamot, Geranium, Frankincense and Eucalyptus.
Use in the bath, shower, burner, footbath and direct inhalation.
