Ravensara aromatica
An aroma that is reminiscent of Rosemary, but lighter and more delicate. This oil may have a powerful anti-viral action, so is the one to use at the first signs of flu – often halting the on-set of flu if used early enough, enhancing the body’s immune system. It may be useful for all respiratory complaints, cold sores, shingles, joint pains and muscular tensions. It can be both mentally and physically stimulating, useful if you are overtired, depressed or lethargic.
