An aroma which is fresh, herbaceous, warm, penetrating, slightly peppery and woody, this oil may be comforting, sedating, soothing to the nerves and muscular aches and pains. It can be effective for comforting during times of grief and loneliness, stress and tension. It may be useful for insomnia, pain relief, respiratory conditions, menstrual problems and calms hyperactive children.
Use in bath, shower, aromaburner, massage, steam and direct inhalation.
