An aroma that is sweet, pungent and aniseed-like this oil can assist with calming the over-thinking, over-analysing mind. It may aid digestion, constipation, flatulence, fluid retention and can balance the hormones. Fennel’s warm, sweet aroma is soothing and can calm the mind, relieve stress, nervousness and emotional fears.
Use in burner, bath and massage. Use only in small amounts and very well diluted.
Caution: Do not use during pregnancy or while breast feeding. Do not use on children under the age of 6 years, people with epilepsy or on hypersensitive, diseased, or damaged skin.
