An aroma that is strong, fresh, camphorous, balsamic and slightly sweet this oil is best known for it’s antiseptic, anti-viral and decongestant properties for colds, flus, catarrh and other respiratory complaints. It may be a useful oil to relieve muscular aches and pains. It can be energising and cleansing, clears the mind and assists with concentration.
Use in bath, shower, massage, aromaburner, steam and direct inhalation, compresses.
