An aroma that is fresh, piney, balsamic, sweet and slightly citrus, this oil can be excellent for adjusting and transitioning through life’s challenges and emotional changes. It may be a tonic to the circulatory system so is useful for broken capillaries, varicose veins, piles, decongesting the circulatory and lymphatic systems, reducing excessive sweating.
Use in bath, shower, massage, aromaburner, steam and direct inhalation, compresses.
