An aroma that is warm, camphorous, bittersweet, musky and slight spicy, this oil may assist with all kinds of stress and tension. It may be a powerful muscle relaxant especially where the tension arises from mental or emotional stress. Also useful for pmt, menstrual pain, labour pains, hormone regulator, postnatal depression, headaches and menopausal hot flushes. A great women’s oil for balancing, uplifting and harmonising.
Use in bath, shower, massage, aromaburner, steam and direct inhalation, compresses.
