It can smooth the flow of energy in the body and relax the nerves, so may be helpful in relieving spasm and easing pain in chronic tension and insomnia, nervous indigestion, nausea, constipation, irritable bowel and headache. It’s anti-inflammatory properties may assist with allergies, pmt, menopause, skin care, over-sensitive, moody and grumpy, emotional and nervous anxieties.
