With a fresh zingy lemony aroma, this oil is soothing and calming at the same time uplifting to both the body and mind.
A great oil to use for shock or grief where it has been used to lower blood pressure and has a calming effect on over-rapid breathing and heartbeat. It can lift depression and chase away dark thoughts.
Caution : Do not use during pregnancy. Must be well diluted – 3-4 drops in a full bath and a 1% dilution for massage use is a safe limit.
Use : aromaburner, bath, massage, mist spray, direct inhalation.
