An aroma that is sweet and citrussy, this oil is refreshing, enlightening and revitalising. It may assist with relieving fatigue, having a purifying effect on body and mind and improving mental clarity and memory. It can be an anti-depressant, so may be useful for anxiety, apathy and lack of energy.
Use in bath, shower, aromaburner, massage, direct inhalation.
Caution: This oil can be phototoxic – avoid exposure to direct sunlight or sunbed rays for 12 hours following application of the diluted essential oil to the skin.
