Everything below covers how we pack, send and track your order. If anything is unclear, or you would like a freight quote before you buy, please get in touch and we will sort it out with you.
Delivery within New Zealand
Cost
Delivery and insurance are free on orders over $300.00. For orders under that amount, a $7.00 courier fee applies. A $5.00 rural delivery surcharge is added automatically at checkout for rural delivery postcodes.
Timeframes
Once your order has been dispatched, please allow 1 to 2 business days for courier delivery, and 3 to 4 business days for rural delivery.
Courier and signature
Orders are sent with NZ Post Courier Post. Jewellery is sent signature-required unless you have advised us otherwise, so please use a delivery address where someone can sign for the parcel.
Insurance
Orders over $300.00 are insured in transit at no extra cost to you.
Dispatch times
Orders received by 12 midday New Zealand time are dispatched the same day. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday are dispatched the next business day.
Tracking
You will receive an email with tracking details once your order is on its way, so you can follow the parcel through to delivery.
Australia and international orders
We ship worldwide from the online checkout. Choose your country at checkout and the delivery and insurance charge is worked out from your order value, in New Zealand dollars.

As the importer, you may be required to pay tax or customs duty when your order reaches your country. Those charges are set by your local customs authority and are not included in what you pay us.
Heavier items
Heavier items, such as crystal and mineral specimens, may carry an additional freight cost depending on their weight and your delivery address. We will always confirm any extra cost with you before dispatch.
Gift wrapping
Sending a gift to someone else? We will gift wrap your purchase and include a personalised card, complimentary. Just add your message and the recipient's details in the order notes at checkout.
Missing or damaged deliveries
If your parcel has not arrived when you expected it, or it arrives damaged, please contact us promptly so we can trace it with the courier and put things right. Orders over $300.00 are insured in transit. It helps if you keep the packaging and send us a photo of any damage.
