A $7 Courier fee applies to all orders. Allow 1-2 working days for courier delivery. 2-3 days for Rural Delivery.
Items are delivered with NZ Courier Post. Jewellery items will be sent “Signature Required” unless otherwise advised.
For heavier items such as crystal, mineral specimens, and large essential oil orders, we reserve the right to add a freight cost depending on the weight and delivery address. We will be happy to advise you of the freight charges prior to dispatch.
AUSTRALIA – FREE DELIVERY & INSURANCE FOR ORDERS OVER NZ$300
For orders under NZ$100 the courier and insurance is NZ$35, and between NZ$101-$300 the freight and insurance is NZ$20.

ALL OTHER COUNTRIES – FREE DELIVERY AND INSURANCE FOR ORDERS OVER NZ$400.
For orders under NZ$100 the freight and insurance is NZ$75. For orders between NZ$101-$200 the freight and insurance is NZ$55, and between NZ$201-$400 the freight and insurance is NZ$35.

In these ever-changing times, we will endeavor to select the most efficient freight company – We use both NZ Post International Courier & DHL International Courier.
Once the item is dispatched you will receive an email with a waybill number and expected delivery date.
All orders received by 1pm (NZDT) will be dispatched on the same day.
Orders received on a weekend or public holiday will be dispatched on the next business day.
Returns & Refunds
It’s simple – we want you to be happy with your purchase. Therefore, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return it and we will refund the purchase price of the goods.
Returns must be sent by tracked courier NOT standard post.
The customer pays for any freight charges incurred. Refunds for damaged returns will be given at the discretion of management. Please contact us before returning any items. All returns within New Zealand must be made within 7 days of delivery, and all overseas returns must be made within 30 days from the dispatch date.
If a return is due to a shipping error, fault, product/order error or product damage, then the costs of the return postage will be met by Fire & Ice. Any costs paid by the customer in this case will be refunded upon receipt of a suitable invoice/receipt showing delivery costs.
Fire & Ice complies with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Gifting to a New Zealand or overseas address :
We can send a gift from you directly to a New Zealand or overseas address.
We will gift wrap your purchase and include a small personalised card. Alternatively, you may wish to send an e-card to us, and we can then include it with your gift.
In the “Order Notes” window in your shopping cart include the text of your message, the name, and address of the recipient you are gifting to, the date you would like the gift delivered and we will take care of the rest. This service is complimentary. No receipts will be sent with the gift but we will send you the transaction details by email.
