It’s simple – we want you to be happy with your purchase. Therefore, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return it and we will refund the cost (of the goods only). The customer pays for any freight charges incurred. Refunds for damaged returns will be given at the discretion of management. Please contact us before returning any items. All returns must be made within 30 days of dispatch.
If a return is due to a shipping error, fault, or product damage, then the costs of the return postage will be met by Fire & Ice. Any costs paid by the customer in this case will be refunded upon receipt of a suitable invoice/receipt showing delivery costs.
Fire & Ice complies with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
If you change your mind about an order after confirming it, contact us as soon as possible – we are happy to make changes to your order providing it has not already been dispatched. We will adjust the cost of your order to reflect any changes you make to it. If we have already shipped the order, we can send you additional products that you may wish to purchase as additional shipments, or if you wish to return any items, you can do so under the terms of our returns policy (see below).

All prices are listed in $NZ and include GST of 15%. Fire & Ice reserves the right to alter prices at any time.
For customers outside of New Zealand, you are considered the importer of the goods when ordering from us, and may be subject to additional charges for customs clearance or import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Contact your local customs office for further information on the relevant laws / provisions in your own country.
We do not store any credit card details except to the extent provided below.
Credit card details are required to process payments on the Internet order system processor, however, they are not saved once the order is processed. The credit card details that are held by the payment gateway (Click, by Worldline) include the name on the card, expiry date, and a masked version of the credit card digits.

The information we received from you is used to process your orders and to provide you with a more personalised shopping experience. Your email address and phone number may be provided to DHL or NZ Courier Post (domestic and International) for parcel delivery and tracking purposes.
