A warm, spicy, sweet, balsamic and slightly camphoraceous aroma, this oil can be a gentle tonic for the brain, nervous system and the body’s vital energies. It may restore an ‘appetite for life’ where mental sluggishness, over thinking, poor concentration, worry and nervous exhaustion exists.
Due to it’s warming ability it can assist muscles to relax and release tension.
It’s used for digestive disturbances – indigestion, nausea, abdominal distention, colic, flatulence, heartburn and is an effective diuretic. It’s camphor notes assist the lungs – clearing bronchial mucus, coughs, colds and wheezing.
This oil is uplifting and offers a stabilising, relaxed, balanced contentment.
Use in the bath, shower, massage, aromaburner, steam inhalation.
