An aroma that is herbaceous and gently floral, this therapeutic blend is designed to balance and harmonise the tension times prior to menstruation. It can balance mood swings and emotions, soothe the nerves and is a wonderful pick-me-up.
A combination using pure essential oils of: Clary Sage, Rose, Cedarwood, Geranium and Fennel.
This soft and gentle blend is best used around 7 days prior to menstruation, and to keep it’s effectiveness, only use during pmt – thereby creating a sacred oil for your body’s balance.
Use in bath, shower, massage, aromaburner and a drop or two on the upper bed sheets at night works well.
Caution: Do not use during pregnancy.
